Velcro fixtures

There are few kinds of fixing systems in our product range. Some of them are textile like self-sticky fixtures Velcro with hooks and loops, some others are made from plastics with various kind of self-closing There are few kinds of fixing systems in our product range. Some of them are textile like self-sticky shapes.
Self-sticky products with rubber resin adhesive have excellent tack and good bond strenght, but their temperature resistance is usually limited to 90 C°. We can use them for many demanding interior applications. It is not recommended to use such products for outdoor applications.
Products coated with acrylic adhesives can resist temperatures up to 110 C°, they have fantastic resistance against aging, weather, UV, that is why we can use them for many demanding applications in exterior and in automotive and transportation industry.

The strenght of bond is limited by peel and shear strenght of adhesive bond. For the rought calculation we can use 50-60 cm2 for external application and 25 cm2 for interior application for every kilogram of load.
The most modern system feature is that they do not use two different parts – like hook and loop, they consist of universal self-closing one part only.
