Special circular die-cuts made from vinyl closed foam of high volume density coated with hi-tack acrylic contact adhesive on one side. Acrylic adhesive is aging , humidity, temperature and UV resistant. We manufacture and offer black, white and light grey die-cuts.

It is unique, simple, cost-saving, economical and safe attachement method. You can easily and quickly attach CD to almost all possible surface or packaging unit, i.g. for direct mailing, limited editions, promo actions etc. Die-cuts keep CD in the correct position without rotation and its foamy structure is damping all vibrations . Due to visco-elastic features they reduce stress fatigue around central hole, fatigue is so dangerous in case of using classic plastic attachement systems.
